In Q2, we enhanced 360iQ with integrated Drive-Thru timer data for improved performance insights, introduced Single Sign-On (SSO) support across platforms, and upgraded Cloud Archive with audio exports, video quality options, overlay controls, Sharing Lists, and a refined mobile experience.

- 360iQ Drive-Thru Dashboard:
- We are excited to announce the integration of DTiQ’s Drive-Thru timer data into 360iQ, with our new 360iQ Drive-Thru Dashboard. This enhancement enables customers to contextualize drive-thru events by combining timer data with video and POS sales data within a single platform. The new dashboard also provides visibility for drive-thru performance KPIs and speed of service goal attainment.

- Single Sign-On:
- We have enhanced 360iQ with comprehensive Single Sign-On (SSO) support. This release introduces full SSO capabilities across both web and mobile platforms. Customers can now integrate Microsoft EntraID, simplifying secure access management for enterprise environments.
- Cloud Archive Improvements:
- We have made several improvements to Cloud Archive based on customer feedback. Audio can now be included with .mp4 exports, along with options to select video quality and remove transaction overlays when desired. We’ve also added a Sharing List feature and improved the mobile user experience to match desktop capabilities.
