Summary:
In Q3, we continued to enhance 360iQ with new tools for operational visibility, system reliability, and audit transparency. We introduced self-configurable System Health Notifications, a redesigned Cloud Archive Player with forensic capabilities, and a new Operational Insights report to help identify potential issues with store opening times. For SmartReport clients, we expanded the SmartAudit Insight Dashboard with deeper audit data integration. Additionally, we improved the mobile video experience with performance enhancements and better messaging.
Key Highlights:
- System Health Notifications:
- We’re excited to introduce self-configurable notifications for system and camera health. Once configured, users will receive alerts whenever a system or camera goes offline, enabling faster resolution and minimizing downtime.
- New Cloud Archive Player:
- Based on customer feedback, we’ve launched a redesigned Cloud Archive Player. Users can now watch videos directly within the Cloud Archive page and take advantage of new forensic analysis tools, including zoom, fast forward, and slow-motion playback.
- Operational Insights Report:
- This release includes a new Operational Insights report featuring a “First & Last Transaction” section. It provides visibility into both in-store and drive-thru activity, helping identify potential operational issues related to store opening and closing times.
- Mobile Application Improvements:
- We focused on enhancing the mobile video experience this quarter. Updates include performance improvements to the video player, as well as refined messaging and validation for a smoother user experience.
- Single Sign-On:
- We have enhanced 360iQ with comprehensive Single Sign-On (SSO) support. This release introduces full SSO capabilities across both web and mobile platforms. Customers can now integrate Microsoft Entra ID or OneLogin, simplifying secure access management for enterprise environments.
