- We launched the beta program for RushReady AI, our cutting-edge video analytics tool. Using advanced AI algorithms to notify users in real-time when actions which may impact the guest experience are detected. Additionally, it offers insights into historical data, helping users to identify trends and gain a broader perspective on their guest experience and staff productivity. - Video Playback Improvements:
- We introduced a 15-minute video buffer for the 360iQ web video player that allows users to seamlessly watch and navigate backwards or forwards through recorded video at any speed — without interruptions or delays. This significantly improves the video forensic experience of 360iQ web.
- We optimized our 360iQ mobile applications by reducing resource usage and providing a smoother video viewing experience on both Android and iOS.
